Summer has arrived

The May totals came in from Amazon. Wow! I doubled my totals. (happy, happy, happy!)

Summer is in full swing here in Houston and I can't begin to tell everyone how much I hate hot weather. :(  But, June is here and it's time to Heartguard our dog-babies, and make an extra pitcher of iced tea.

I'm on a quest to read 100 books this summer and actually started on May 1st. Hopefully, this feat will be accomplished. No doubts, cause I love to read.

If anyone is interested in an cute little cozy mystery...my TRACKING PERCEPTION is available on Kindle for .99cents. You can just click the pic below and it'll take you to my Amazon buy page.
As always, I wish all my best. Keep smiling and writing, and especially reading.

Happy Trails,
Cherri

Good luck on your 100-book quest. This is in between writing, right? ;)

  3. I second the congrats Cherri... well done and well deserved. Tracking Perception is such a good read.

Oh yes, we're right into layers, thick socks and hot Milo over here now. Mind you, I don't like it too hot either. Bit hard to please I guess.

  5. Milo is made from malted barley:

I don't like it, but I'm in the minority. :)

  6. Vicki, thanks for clarifying...you know you Aussie women throw out some words sometimes that leaves my imagine in high gear! hahahaha Ummm, I'm maybe guessing that Milo is something like a malted milk shake? If so, and the flavor is chocolate--I'll like it!

  7. It doubles as both a milkshake and a hot milky drink... hence Susan's comment. ;)

  8. Ha ha, just popped over again and happened to see the Milo Musings. Appreciate you explaining it Vicki :D)
I like it with cold milk as well... never quite fully dissolves so you get to eat it off the top - mmmmmm crunchy, chocolatey and yummy. You'd like it Cherri!
Our children used to go through tins of it in no time eating it like that (may well still do!!). It contains calcium, so, combined with the milk - a healthy drink!!! (that's my excuse ;-))
